Defective, Damaged, or Deficit Products Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing deficit, you do not need to ship the item back to us. We will gladly process a full refund or send you a free replacement.

Refund Processing Time If approved, your full refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong item entirely, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@shopkitchpulse.com with a photo of the received package so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending the correct item or issuing a full refund.
